Quick answer

Arrive at least 30 minutes before your show time. The operator's Orlando-area venue is in Kissimmee, with large free parking lots. Seats are assigned in advance, so early arrival does not improve them. There is no dress code, and the venue is indoors, air-conditioned and on one level with no stairs.

Finding the venue

The operator lists its Orlando-area location at 4740 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee, and your confirmation gives the address for your date. Kissimmee is the largest city and county seat of Osceola County. For most of its route US 192 is the Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. The road is a major tourist strip in the area around Walt Disney World and features numerous timeshare and other resorts. Read your confirmation before you set out.

When to arrive

The operator recommends arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled show time to allow plenty of time for parking, check-in, seating and settling in. Please arrive during your scheduled check-in time. Seating is assigned in advance, so turning up much earlier buys you nothing. If you expect to arrive after the show starts, call the venue as soon as possible. The operator will try to accommodate late arrivals, but admission after the show has begun may be delayed until an appropriate break in the performance.

Parking

The operator offers large, free parking lots at all of its locations, and street parking is also available nearby. Allow enough time to park, since the 30 minutes the operator suggests covers parking as well as check-in and seating. US 192 is a busy tourist strip, so if you are driving from a resort along it, build some extra time into the trip for traffic and other delays.

Your seat

Seats are assigned in advance, and arriving early will not result in a better one. Premium seating, which puts guests in the front row of tables, is sold only when booking directly with the operator. Reservations bought from third-party sellers cannot be modified by the operator, so any change to one goes through the seller you booked with. Guests celebrating a birthday are given a shout-out by the performers during the show. You are welcome to bring a cake and gifts, but balloons are not permitted inside the venue.

What to wear

There is no dress code. The operator calls the evening a casual, family-friendly dinner show. Many guests enjoy wearing colourful aloha attire to join in the island mood, and it is completely optional. The operator describes the venue as fully indoor and air-conditioned, so you are seated inside for dinner and the show. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening.

Photos, access and the show effects

Photos and videos are welcome during the performance without flash, and many performers are available for photos after the show. The operator says its venues are accessible and on a single level with no stairs, and the ticket is marked wheelchair accessible. Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome; other animals are not permitted. The show includes strobe lighting and smoke or fog machines. Every guest, including children and infants, must have a reservation. If you leave something behind, you can revisit the venue on the next operating day to check, although the operator is not responsible for lost property.

Who this isn't for

If you expect to arrive well after the show starts, this is the wrong evening: admission may wait for a break in the performance, and the operator asks you to call ahead. If you want a front-row table, the premium option is sold only by the operator itself. And if strobe lighting or fog would spoil your night, plan around the effects the operator says the show uses, since they are part of the performance.
